Your Role

To support our growth in the UK and other English-speaking regions, we’re looking for a Sales & Growth Manager who thrives on consultative selling, understands the local legal and accounting landscape, and is eager to bring value to our future customers.

You'll be the first point of contact for English-speaking leads, helping them navigate our software and showing how Kinnovis can support their business goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Management
    • Handle and qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential prospects
    • Guide prospects through our self-storage software
    • Keep our CRM up to date – every contact, every follow-up, every detail
  • Consultative Sales
    • Understand the financial and legal obligations of self-storage businesses, especially bookkeeping & accounting
    • Clearly communicate our USPs
    • Identify lead needs and tailor your approach accordingly
    • Support smaller clients through their onboarding ****and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Operational & Marketing Support
    • Assist with administration that comes with attending trade shows
    • Be an essential part of our company presence at international events

What You Bring

  • Excellent command of English (C2 - proficient user)
  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a tech, real estate or finance-related industry
  • Basic understanding of general accounting
  • Tech-savvy mindset: you’re comfortable using modern tools like LLMs, Hubspot, Slack, Notion & Office365
  • Structured, organised and able to work independently
  • Confident and friendly communicator, online and in person
  • Willingness to travel (~20%) across the EU & UK
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Nice to Have

  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Experience using Hubspot beyond the basics (e.g. reporting, integrations)
